Chain&Charms
Terms & Refund Policy
Plain and simple, so you know exactly what you're buying.
What you get
The 2027 Personalized Feng Shui Guide is a personalized digital product: a PDF eBook made from the name and birthday you enter, and delivered to your email. Nothing is shipped.
Price
The 2027 Guide is ₱499. During our launch, the first 50 buyers pay an early-bird price of ₱399. The optional Palm Reading add-on is ₱199. A standalone Personal Palm Reading (without the guide) is ₱349. The amount you pay is the total shown on the PayMongo checkout.
Payment
You pay on PayMongo's secure checkout. Every payment is verified through PayMongo before your guide is delivered.
Refunds
Because each guide is digital and made just for you, there are no refunds once the PDF has been delivered.
If your guide doesn't arrive
We send it to the email you entered on the order form. Look for an email from Chain&Charms. Your personalized reading is carefully prepared and checked for your Feng Shui aspects, and arrives in your email within 24–48 hours after payment is confirmed, including orders with the Palm Reading add-on. If it hasn't arrived within 48 hours (please check your Spam and Promotions folders first), message the Chain&Charms Page or reply to the delivery email, and we'll resend it for free. Questions? Email hello@chainandcharmsph.com.
Wrong birthday?
If you typed the wrong birthday, tell us the correct date and we'll regenerate your guide once, for free, on request.
Palm Reading add-on
If you add a Palm Reading, you upload clear photos of both palms (good light, whole palm and fingers visible, hand open and flat) and tell us your dominant hand. Your reading is an interpretive guide based on traditional palmistry, written for personal reflection. It is added as a chapter in your guide, so delivery can take up to 48 hours after payment is confirmed. If a photo is too unclear to read, we'll message you to ask for a new one.
Palm Reading only (₱349): you can also order a Palm Reading on its own. You give your name, email, dominant hand and clear photos of both palms (no birthday needed), and you receive a standalone Palm Reading PDF, without Feng Shui content, by email within 24–48 hours after payment is confirmed. Like every reading, it is interpretive and for personal reflection only: it does not predict health, illness, lifespan or guaranteed outcomes.
Your privacy: palm photos are stored privately, used only to create your reading, never shared or published, and deleted after your guide is delivered.
Personal use
Your guide is for personal reflection and guidance, and for your personal use only. Each PDF is personalized with your name and birthday, so please don't resell, share or redistribute it.
